  • Header Nav / hamburger menu

    Greetings,

I’m using the Thoughtpress skin set to 'fluid design'. The screenshot shows the Header Nav lining up with the text logo.

I’ve watched and followed Eric’s instructions on Designing A Website From Scratch Using Dynamik Website Builder - Thoughts From The Developer.

My Header Nav custom menu doesn’t line up and the Individual Page Margins/Padding is 0.

I’ve tried for a couple of hours and can’t figure out how to fix this.

Also, when I move the page to a tablet or phone size the Header Nav moves as it should, but no “hamburger” (if that’s what it’s called) menu appears.

    Thanks for any suggestions.

The width or your Header Right widget area is set to 960px which is too wide to fit beside that long site title hence it drops down, no matter what you do to the menu items. So the solution would be to decrease that width (Dynamik Design - Header).

A Header Right Menu will normally not be able to transform into a hamburger menu unless you use this Dynamik setting: http://dynamikdocs.cobaltapps.com/ar...k-mobile-menus

Thank you. The decreased width worked. I watched the video you suggested, but now the right nav won't even move under the Header.

I think I need to hire someone to get me started. I think it would take less than an hour to get things set up so I can begin adding pages.

If you know of anyone . . .
