  • how do I remove inherit page color, make page full screen in Dynamik for one page

    Hi,
    How do I create a template page for a single page that will allow for a full screen responsive image background allowing content area with a transparent background that does not inherit the page color background from the rest of the site in Dynamik? Here is a link https://sirvatka.com/ We need to recreate this and have tried everything that we know of in Dynamik. I've tried everything that I know of including Beaver Builder.
    Thanks

    that will allow for a full screen responsive image background
    That site uses a background image, so we are not talking about an image tag, right (just asking)? I would suggest to just inspect the CSS they are using: https://sirvatka.com/?sccss=1&ver=4.7.4
    Beaver allows for a full screen background image - not sure why it didn´t work?

    As for the transparent content background: You can address individual pages using the page ID that is reflected as a class in the body tag (on that page, it would be .page-id-3). Using this, you can write custom CSS for only this page/post and remove the background color of the content.

    You wouldn´t really need to create a page template - I would maybe use a conditional for the page ID and remove actions for the elements you don´t need.

      Hi Siga, Thanks for taking the time to respond. I understand how the example https://sirvatka.com/ created this page with the background image. Beaver Builder does allow for a full screen background image, but content cannot float over the image as in the first example. At least I've never been able to do so. I have tried to remove the background using the page id but nothing effects the content background. http://moerock.com/coming-soon/ is the example that I'm working on in Dynamik. I've used the UMBG plugin to get fullscreen, but this is just a sloppy mock up for now. At this point, I just want to remove the purple color behind the player. Thanks again

        Did you try this?:
        Code:
        .page-id-4 .content .page {background: none;}
        This should also work, if you want to address the template
        Code:
        .page-template-landing .content .page {background: none;}

          AHHHHHHH!!!!!! My brain was so jumbled from thinking outside of the box that the .page didn't even occur to me.

          As always, thanks again.
