  • Customize and remove Dynamik and Genesis info from footer

How do I customize the footer to remove
    Code:
Copyright © 2016 · Dynamik Website Builder on Genesis Framework · WordPress · Log in
I know I could manually edit the dynamic theme php but is there a way to do this in the Dynamik - Custom Options --> function section?

    Yes.
    https://my.studiopress.com/snippets/footer/
See "Below is the code to customize the Credits text on your site:"
You can also use forum search to find footer-related threads.

Edit: Oh and don´t EVER edit theme files, neither Genesis nor Dynamik. The sky might fall on you.... You can do all from Dynamik interface, in your case Dynamik - Custom Options --> functions, as you pointed out.

You can also use the Genesis Simple Edits plugin.

https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/...-simple-edits/ This plugin lets you edit the three most commonly modified areas in any Genesis theme: the post-info (byline), the post-meta, and the footer area.

Really trying to stay away from more plugins, so I tried messing around with the code I got here and all looks good.

        www.wpoutcast (dot) com/customize-footer-text-genesis-framework/

So easy to apply it in the functions area of the Dynamic - customs options
I do not think we should not have to go to such lengths to fix this.
