  • On click subnav drop down

Hello all, with the advent of touch screen and mobile use there is a seemingly more well used UX aspect of main navigation where it is required for the user to click - and not hover - to show a sub menu associated with a main parent menu item. With Genesis & the superfish dropdown a subnav automatically shows on hover, however I'd like it to only show on click...
Is there an easy way to do with in DWB without having to adjust the superfish js (and so it to have to be updated eveytime Dynamik is updated...).
    Thanks :-)

I don´t know of any easy way (if you mean a setting/option inside Dynamik).... Just a thought, never tried: You could de-register Superfish and try to use (enqueue) Superclick instead. I guess that would be update-safe.

On the other hand: Why not search and use a menu plugin that does what you want?

Most of the new sites I build use https://wordpress.org/plugins/responsive-menu/

Thanks both :-) Sogwap - assume you de-queue any native genesis / dynamik js then before adding this - looks like an interesting & versatile menu option...
