  • Responsive content -- adjust margins

    At www.plockton.org

    I am having a problem trying to get my content margins correct for the smaller sizes.

    #ez-feature-top-1 { padding-bottom: 0; } has made a difference,

    But I can't find the right selector or code for less margins left and right, and particularly top. 15px all round I hope.

    I´m not really sure if you´re only talking about feature-top-1 or the margin for the whole .site-inner?

    This is what .site-inner is set to currently:

    Code:
    .site-inner {
    ......
        margin: 30px auto 30px;
        padding: 0px 25px 0px 25px;
    ......
    }
    Not sure why there is "auto" there.... If you´d like to overwrite that for mobiles, you´d need to change from margin-bottom (currently in use) to
    margin: (add what you want here);

    Always use the exact same selector/expression as in place to overwrite.

      SiGa, thanks for that.

      I have now:

      .site-inner { margin: 0 15px; padding: 0; }
      .content-sidebar-wrap { margin-top: -20px; }

      On my way!

        You might want to remove the padding-bottom from Feature Top on mobiles instead of going with negative margins for the content-sidebar-wrap....? Is the same amount.
        The code you have is:

        Code:
        #ez-home-container-wrap .ez-widget-area, #ez-feature-top-container .ez-widget-area, #ez-fat-footer-container .ez-widget-area {
            width: 100%;
            padding-bottom: 20px;
            margin-left: 0 !important;
        }
