  • GP Extender (and other Extenders I would presume)

    Hi Eric -

    Is there an "easy" way to add a Class Name or ID to a PHP file such as the 404.php and archive.php when using Extender so as to target something like the background color of the "article", etc.

    I've pretty much worn out Google trying to find a solution to this so that I can change the background color of the archive.php after using GP Extender to add some content created with Elementor (that part works great! )

    If I can find a relatively "easy" way to do this, I will pop up some tutorials on the subject to keep the momentum going for GP Extender <I've seen a few more on the FB Groups pony up for this amazing product>!

    Cheers!

    I use this filter in Dynamik custom templates, that might work in a hook with a conditional for the 404.php, too:

    PHP Code:
      //* Add custom body class to the head
    add_filter'body_class''sg_body_class' );
    function
    sg_body_class$classes ) {
    $classes[] = 'whatever';
    return
    $classes;

    Replace "whatever" with your class.

      Silvia - thank you so much! That works perfectly!

      I really do need to learn more about filters other than just copy & paste.

      Cheers!
