  • Sucuri can't find single.php, fatal errors with plugins

Hi there - I have used Dynamik to make a G child theme, and it is now on the live website, but Sucuri is saying on Sucuri dashboard

Not Found [referring to the Sucuri dashboard]
The requested URL /single.php was not found on this server.

This is stopping me from accessing Sucuri. We also can't activate or deactivate any plugin without causing a fatal error and crashing the back end.

I am working with an IT person who suspects that my child theme is not calling the single.php from Genesis. I've done several child themes with dynamik and not had anything like this before. I made the child theme on a http install, and this site is https, but I had Enable Protocol Relative URLs ticked in dynamik settings when making the child theme.

I'd really appreciate any help! Here's the live site
    https://avn.org.au

    Thanks - Robin

Robin, please get in contact with support and probably upload the zip of your childtheme when you fill out the form, I guess they´ll have to inspect the code to see if the export failed for some reason or if it´s something else.
