  • Header menu pull down border radius

    I’m trying to put a border radius on the top and bottom of the pull down menus in a header menu. I tried first and last child (badly) and couldn’t do it. (I’m using red and a big radius so I can see it, the eventual one will be the same colour as the background and only 5px)

    The below code gets the border radius on all items and I tried to insert :last-child in many places to target the last item but nothing worked.

    .site-header .genesis-nav-menu li li a, .site-header .genesis-nav-menu li li a:link, .site-header .genesis-nav-menu li li a:visited { border: 2px solid red;

    border-radius: 25px;background: #FFF;}

    Then i tried via id but the original background is still there and the id may be the text link and not the background.

    #menu-item-74 {border: 2px solid red;

    border-radius: 25px;background: #FFF;}

    Any suggestions?

    Well, I surprised myself. It may be inelegant but this did it:

    .site-header .genesis-nav-menu li li a, .site-header .genesis-nav-menu li li a:link, .site-header .genesis-nav-menu li li a:visited { background: none; border: none; } li ul {

    background: #FFBB80;

    border: 16px #FFBB80; border-radius: 10px;}
